Frequently Asked
Questions
What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?
Rapid Transformational Therapy is a therapeutic approach that uses powerful, evidence-based techniques to provide people with the tools they need to make positive change.
It works by increasing a person’s level of suggestibility via hypnosis. It relaxes the conscious mind so we can access the subconscious mind and get to the root cause of the issue.
How long does it take and what does it feel like?
An RTT session usually lasts from 90 to 120 minutes. Every session feels different for every person. Most people feel deep relaxation and ease. And to some, it feels like a sleepy, floating sensation. What you feel during the session is not an indication of its effectiveness. It is working no matter what!
Is the therapy just as effective online than in person?
Absolutely! It makes no difference to the session whether it's online or in person, infact most of my clients are online nationally or internationally and receive amazing results.
Are there any side effects?
There are no negative side effects of hypnosis. Every single person is different and will experience different things such as feeling lighter, freer, more peaceful, excited, calm or tired. You may even feel thirsty or need to use the toilet.
You also may feel emotional a few days following the session which is showing you something is shifting and it is a positive sign!

Why do I have to listen to my recording everyday for 21 days?
It is so important to listen to your personalized recording for 21 days after your session so you can anchor in all the new beliefs and changes that occurred in the session and create a permanent change, it takes around 21 days to form a new belief or habit.
I do 60% of the work but the rest is up to you!
Which package is right for me?
This is where the 15min consultation call comes in, so we can see what best suits your needs and you can get the most out of your healing journey.
I only work with clients that are 100% committed to changing!
When will I see changes?
There are 3 different types of change
Immediate change - where you feel differently instantly, you feel a shift in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours straight away
Incremental - you see consistent shifts everyday or overtime
Retroactive - you don't see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life, or someone else notices a positive change in you.
